My First Guest Post

Footprints in Cabo Polonio, Uruguay

Without a doubt, the most rewarding part of blogging has been the people I’ve met.  So far it’s been only virtual, but I’m looking forward to these friendships developing offline as well.  Most recently, Spafford Ackerly, the Program Director at Himalayan Connections, invited me to contribute to his organization’s blog.  Himalayan Connections facilitates mindful travel, education, and run meditation retreats in Sikkim, an isolated Indian state I’ve long been interested in visiting.  Please click here to read my post, entitled “Traveling For Full Presence.”
