Gone Meditating

“If not now, when? Most people spend their whole lives waiting to start living. Realize deeply that the present moment is all you will ever have.”  –Nate Bunger

I will be spending the next fortnight attempting to live with deep mindfulness. I will be attending a week-long retreat at the Insight Meditation Society in Barre, Massachusetts.  Then I will be visiting Henry David Thoreau’s old stomping grounds, Walden Pond and the Maine Woods.
